Placed my order waited for vet verification to find out there's no food. I think this place wants your pets information for nothing. Very scratchy to think they got my information plus my pets knowing they had no food for my order. Makes me wonder why a company does that. They go threw third party places to get what's being sent out as well. Pet flow is a joke if you want your order and right then go elsewhere. Definitely won't ever make this mistake again. Worst place ever!
I have ordered from several other well known shippers of pet supplies. This one OUT PERFORMS ALL OTHERS! Great unbeatable prices, even on premium foods. I called customer service today to cancel my auto delivery, due to unfamiliar times and money due to COVID-19, they were happy to suspend my service for a considerable amount of time so I didn't have to cancel. The food I feed my baby Mathew (Maine Coone Cat) 12yo is normally $38 or better regular price and I get it here at $26 or less. Much better per case here.
The guy helping me at customer service was very friendly and seemed caring and concerned about my problems and understanding my needs. Thank you!

I placed an order for dog food w response it was being processed. I waited days for shipping alert to then hear it was out of stock. It was an issue I had been facing w other companies but the wait could have been my looking for another company. Not pleased.

I had cat food on an auto-ship schedule. The day my order was scheduled to ship, I checked and the order was listed as back ordered. I called their customer service to determine how long the delay might be, an was told it might be several weeks. I received no notification in advance of possible delays. Are my cats supposed to forage in the house for their own food source?
I absolutely could not find my cat's favorite wet food anywhere else when I discovered PetFlow. They had it in stock, at a good price. It was quickly shipped and I couldn't be happier.
I ordered some prescription dog food on March 25th. Today is April 5th and I still haven't gotten an email telling me it's been shipped. I called customer service on April 3rd, the representative had no idea why my order hadn't shipped, it was approved just sitting there. He said he'd make sure they shipped it right away. I will never order anything from this site again.
This is my first time using pet flow. I was going to order a Be One Breed dog bed direct from the brand's site, when i realized they were charging $35 for shipping. I came across pet flow through a google search, and they had the bed I wanted for the same price as ordering direct and $0 shipping. I ordered the bed sunday evening, it was fulfilled monday morning and it arrived tuesday. Impressed.
Product variety is good. Communication is where PetFlow falls below expectations. Emails are not timely, nor correct regarding product will/may be shipped - either for the subscription orders or one-time orders. As long as you understand and plan for these issues, PetFlow works in all other categories.
Only negative thing was not being able to see order after putting in billing and payment....after I filled that section, when clicking next, it said thank you for your order, and then that’s when it showed the order.....my order showed I ordered 2 of a product and it should had only been 1 quantity. Could not change or correct it, but other than that, everything was good. I just would had liked to had seen the order before processing order.
I have eight dogs and some with digestive issues.
I have been trying to find the best foods that I can afford and also solve the problems with the digestive problems. Open farm and acana seem to be doing the job, but I would need 4 bags shipped every month. I have had a shipment take as much as 10 days to arrive. I live on a strict budget and just don't know if I can count on petflow to deliver products before I would run out.

There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at PetFlow. Just $#*!y reps that don't care at all
